Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel custom software engineering, website development, or digital marketing services in writing as specified in our contract agreements. Refund percentages are determined by the stage of project deliverables completed.

2. Non-Refundable Milestones

Initial discovery work, architecture blueprints, and completed milestones that have been reviewed and approved by the client are non-refundable.
